Becky Chao
Director, Moms with Kids Insights
Nestlé USA

As the Director of Moms with Kids Insights, Becky’s mission is to continually deepen Nestlé USA’s relationship with its valued “Mom” consumer. In this role, she has been relentless about elevating the organization’s Mom IQ (Intuition Quotient) by equipping marketers with the relevant insights that drive winning Mom strategies. Becky’s philosophy of applying “personal relationship principles” to all aspects of marketing is at the core of her approach.

Her successful 14-year sales and marketing career, spanning greeting cards to infant formula at Hallmark and Nestlé, is attributable to her expertise in applying consumer-centric thinking and ideas across a variety of initiatives and marketing strategies/tactics, including: consumer research, product & packaging development, brand and portfolio planning, partnership development, in-store merchandising, advertising, PR, direct mail, online, call-center, medical and influencer marketing. Some of the work that Becky is most proud of includes the lifestyle-oriented programs that support and inspire moms. Verybestbaby and verybestkids are two evolving marketing programs that deliver results and receive rave reviews from consumers and industry experts (verybestbaby.com website – 2001 “Fast Company”, 2002 “Marketing to Moms: Getting Your Share of the Trillion Dollar Market”, 2003 Web Marketing Award, 2003 “1 to 1 Magazine”).

Becky is also an active board member with the LOVE, HALLIE Foundation, a non- profit youth philanthropy organization and enjoys pilates, skiing, golf, surfing, billiards, home decorating and HBO/Showtime TV in her spare time.
